[WAVUS Vision Partners – 1st Group]
WAVUS, a specialized geospatial AI platform company led by CEOs Kim Hak-sung and Park Chang-hoon, announced that it appointed 10 members as its first Vision Partners on October 19, 2026, officially launching the initiative. Vision Partners is an internal communication group established as part of the company’s “Vision 2030+” initiative, serving as a channel for conveying employees’ perspectives to management and sharing the company’s strategic direction with employees.
The first Vision Partners established their activity goals during a kickoff workshop held on October 19. The workshop centered on the question, “What would you like to hear about yourself and your team one year from now?” Divided into Teams A and B, the members generated a total of 38 ideas and participated in a voting session to identify shared priorities. They identified two key priorities: delivering tangible results that employees can experience firsthand and fostering relationships in which colleagues feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and concerns about the company.

Based on the workshop results, WAVUS has tentatively finalized the first Vision Partners’ goals as “Think Together, Reduce Work, and Communicate the Company.” Vision Partners plans to collect employees’ opinions on where the company’s resources should be invested and deliver them to management, as well as identify and propose tasks for improving work processes. During the workshop, members also discussed difficulties expected during their activities, such as the workload in their current roles and the complexity of the feedback collection process, along with ways to address them.
The first official activity will be collecting opinions on “Vision 2030+ ⑤ AI Transformation” in November. Vision Partners plans to listen to all departments regarding repetitive tasks that require AI utilization and concerns about its adoption, and to specifically collect opinions and recommendations on the direction of AX within the company.
WAVUS Co-CEO Park Chang-hoon stated, “I expect them to play the role of frontline members who practically turn our vision into concrete tasks.”
