Kim Hak-sung and Park Chang-hoon, CEOs of Wavus, expressed their gratitude to employees celebrating 20, 15, 10, and 5 years of service in commemoration of the company's 22nd anniversary. Wavus was established on October 18, 2004, and is celebrating its 22nd anniversary this year. For employees reaching 20 years of service this year, most of that time has been spent alongside the company.

Each length of service carries its own significance. Five years marks a period in which employees become fully proficient in their work and provide practical support to their teams. Around the 10-year mark, they begin guiding junior colleagues and take on a central role within the organization. Employees with 15 or 20 years of service have witnessed the company's changes firsthand. Their accumulated experience is deeply reflected in the company's working methods and corporate culture.

CEO Kim Hak-sung emphasized that long service is not an achievement built in a single extraordinary day, but rather the result of ordinary days accumulated one by one. Twenty years of service amounts to more than 7,300 days, encompassing mornings when employees headed to work despite feeling tired, as well as evenings when they stayed late because things did not go as planned. Kim expressed his deep gratitude, stating that Wavus has become what it is today thanks to employees who have quietly and diligently contributed day after day throughout the company's 22-year journey.

Wavus operates a leave program for long-serving employees, and those recognized this year were also granted leave along with their awards.
